Mumur roams through the areas of free composition which is set against Lauterburg's own spontaneous and dream-like compositions. The eager directness of his music is baffling. The various compositions develop through opposite extremes, they self-charge and the duel among each other. Each track is a story in itself, interpreted by 5 musicians who feel at ease likewise with written music and in free improvisation. The solis, which are very natural and pure, shake and start to dialog witin the complex structure of the music and accelerate its heart beat. In other words: it's impulsive music. |
