Biography of Bconnected

Eugène Montero, founder and band leader, took his first lessons in 1984, then he studied for 4 years at the Lausanne Jazz School, where he also participated in jazz-funk workshops. During 1992 he attended the Musicians Institute of Los Angeles where he studied with famous guitarist Ross Bolton (Al Jarreau) and Steve Trovato (Albert Lee). Eugène has given guitar master classes in Burkina Faso & Yamousoukro, Africa, Romania, and in China at the CMI Beijing Music School, assisted by Jakub Groos. To date, Eugène has experienced many collaborations & recording sessions for different Swiss artists. He also performed with the French movie actor Clémentine Célarié at the Gringo Club Villars, Switzerland.
