Biography of Dave Beebee

David Beebee is both a pianist and electric bass player. He is also a composer of note with excellent releases to his name such as Squiggly Music and Momentito. He was brought up on a diet of classical music before discovering punk and rock music in his teens. From Hendrix to late Coltrane was a small step, and from then on David has been experimenting. He has recently started Beeboss Records, a small label designed to promote original British jazz music. His current projects include 'Gaya', a nine piece band featuring some of the best up and coming jazz musicians in London. He now lives on the Sussex coast practising and eating cakes.
