‘33’ are pleased to announce the long awaited new album from Italian saxophonist Renato D’Aiello.

On this melodic and exciting album, Renato brings together an all-star band to explore a beautifully selected range of both original and standard material.

Pianist Andrea Pozza, hails from Genoa and is currently touring with ECM star Enrico Rava. Bassist Nicola Muresu comes from Sardinia and has worked with many stars including Benny Golson and Al Foster. New York born, German based, drummer Keith Copeland is internationally known through his work with Hank Jones, George Russell and Stevie Wonder.

Unlike many of his generation, Renato owes more to the big sounding saxophone style of a Dexter Gordon or Sonny Rollins than Coltrane or Brecker. Since 1999, Renato has lived in Europe been a popular artist on both the UK club and concert circuit – whilst retaining a regular touring schedule on mainland Europe.
