Jo formed her quartet in2004 with Simon Purcell on piano, Buster Birch on drums and Val Manix on bass. The group's sensitive and supportive philosophy towards music can be heard in Jo's debut album "Here and Now!". Their repertoire entirely comprises of original material and reflects many 'world music' influences including Cuban, Brazilian, Reggae and Jazz.
