You've Changed sees Harrison's succesful trio of Stephen Keogh (drums) and Scottish 'wunderkind' Aidan O'Donnell on bass with the brilliant addition of guitar legend Louis Stewart. Stewart, born in 1944, has played with the great British names in jazz such as Tubby Hayes and Ronnie Scott and accompanied artists of the calibre of Lee Konitz, Gerry Mulligan and Benny Goodman. Harrison has a wonderfully light touch at the piano but unlike 'First Light' the tracks are standards with the exception of one tune penned by Stewart.Louis'relaxed guitar lines unfold magically around Harrisons piano with Keogh's rythmic brush work and O'Donnell's melodic bass. Like 'First Light' the album was recorded in Italy to the highest technical standards with the consumate mastering skills of Andrew Tulloch. This is the first release on Ian McLaren's new Desert Island Jazz Productions label and is an auspicious beginning.
