Debut album from the "Joe Archer Quartet". The group consists of Chris Morgan(Tenor Sax),Jim Bashford(Drums), Ida Hollis(Bass) and Joe Archer(Guitar). This "Innovative and original" quartet (Henry Lowther), plays entirely original music written by Joe. Its young and fresh in sound and draws upon influences from right across the musical spectrum. Fresh from Performances at Birmingham Symphony Hall, for the BBC in Chamberlain Square and Birmingham Artsfest, the album is a collection of the works the quartet have performed over the last two years.
