Best musician Award!
2009-08-20 14:50:34 | Phil won the award for 'best musician' in the 2009 'Parliamentary Jazz Awards'. He is currently in the middle of a tour with 'Partisans', the band he co-leads with Julian Seigel. The new Partisans CD, 'By Proxy' is the current 'CD of the month' in the 'BBC Music magazine'.
