Colour Beginnings
2009-08-11 18:28:54 | The date for the performance of "Colour Beginnings"at "Late At The Tate" has been confirmed as 6th November 2009, and a further lecture demonstration performance at Tate Liverpool scheduled for the new year.
"Colour Beginnings" is a work composed from improvisations recorded in situ at Tate Britain and in front of and responding to the original works.I have researched Turner and his works and consulted with curators, art historians and writers throughout this year .
The performances will include projections of the selected art works and film recorded on locations related to the works by the film maker Mike Dibb. |
