Trapeze - New Album Release/Tour
2008-02-07 23:18:40 | Georgia will be releasing her long-awaited second album, Trapeze, on 17 March 2008. It is the culmination of two years' work with her band Gareth Lockrane, John Pearce, Dave Green, Dave Ohm and Anselmo Netto and is an intriguing mix of jazz standards, Chilean folk, Italian pop, Cuban classics and Brazilian samba. The launch (3 March at Pizza Express Jazz Club) is followed by a support slot opposite Cedar Walton at Ronnie Scott's (19-21 March) and a 22 date Jazz Services Tour April-July. |
