Featuring a selection of new compositions inspired by the late 1960s and early 1970s music of Wayne Shorter and Herbie Hancock, this project was recorded with a seven-piece ensemble made up of some of the most exciting improvisers from the London scene, including Liam Noble, James Allsopp, Justin Quinn and Nick Smart. The Vortex Jazz Club website has already described it as “strongly recommended”! |
