2006-12-31 18:35:54 | 'Jazz on Three' features a live recording of pianist Tim Richards' nine-piece band GREAT SPIRIT, recorded at The Sage Gateshead during the band's UK tour last November. The gig will be on air between 11.30pm and 1am, and the broadcast also includes an interview with Tim. The set features original material from both GREAT SPIRIT CDs, plus some new numbers. Line-up includes top Finnish saxman Jari Perkomaki, with Ed Jones, Tony Kofi, Dick Pearce, Roger Beaujolais, Leon Stenning, Chris Dodd and Dave Smith. |
