“I enjoyed the album very much. Of the ‘standards’ I particularly liked your relaxed style on “Gee Baby, Aint I Good To You”. But above all it’s refreshing to have a sprinkling of own material - and may I flatter you on its quality, both the music and the lyrics. "I Can't Take Any More Of You" is a great intimate 'supper club' song. "Bring The House Down" made me grin. And "There Must Be Something Out There" swings along at a natural pace with some clever lyrics too. I am impressed.
