1. Levels of Service Your goods should be dispatched within 48 hours. All CDs are sent through
the mail and we are at the mercy of the postal service. Please note that if
you order more than one album they may arrive separately. Many of our albums
are sent directly from the artists or from the record label. This is how we
keep costs down and help support the musicians. Please bear in mind that whilst
we do our utmost to try and ensure that CDs are dispatched in a timely fashion,
there are occasions when musicians may be away on tour for a few days at a time
and this may lead to delays occurring. If you do not receive your package within
10 days please contact us and we will look into the problem for you. If you
need a CD urgently please drop us an e-mail to let us know and we will try to
ensure that the package gets to you in time. We do keep quite a lot of stock
ourselves and we will be able to tell you if we can dispatch a CD to you straightaway.
2. Faulty Goods If a CD arrives damaged or is faulty in any way, please let us know
straightaway. We will then let you know what to do next. Wherever possible we
will replace the goods or offer a full refund. You may be asked to return the
goods to us, but please wait until we have ascertained the exact nature of the
problem. We regret that we are unable to accept the return of CDs, tapes, DVDs,
videos or albums of any kind that were dispatched without a protective wrapper
or whose protective wrapper has been removed. (This does not apply to faulty
products.)
3. Special Orders We are able to source a range of jazz CDs so if what you are looking
for is not on the site please let us know and we will see if we can order it
for you.
4. Contacting us If you have any queries about your purchase or would like any further
information either before buying from us online or after your order has been
placed please contact us.
Once you have chosen your
CD you can either buy online using a credit/debit card or pay
by cheque if you prefer. All cards are processed on a secure
server with Thawte authentication We accept Visa, Visa Debit,
